Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). We offer shipping throughout South Africa, with international shipping available to selected destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are: South Africa: 2–7 business days International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Returns and exchanges
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that earrings, personalised items, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Although our jewellery is made for everyday life, a little care will help preserve its beauty for years to come.
We recommend that you:
Wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Store each piece separately to prevent scratches.
Keep your jewellery in the provided Azania pouch or jewellery box when not in use.
Remove jewellery before heavy lifting or activities that may cause impact.
Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, perfumes, and household cleaning products.
